Easy and reliable

I recently purchased this stapler to complete a DIY staple up in-floor heat job. I have a shallow, dirt floor crawlspace and have to shoot ~15,000 staples. I'm about 1/3 of the way through the job and haven't had a single problem. No jams (as some others report) and very easy to reload in cramped quarters. this gun has been rolled around in the dirt due to the confine space and is still functioning well. I cannot believe what this job would have been without it.

I bought the "Spot Nails Spot Nails 1804PG 1/2-inch Leg Staples Similar to Bostitch SX5035 series 7/32-inch Crown 5,000 per Box" and they work perfectly, much cheaper than the Bostitch Staples.

Narrow crown is good, but has a minor flaw
K. KellmanSeptember 30, 2017
The stapler uses slightly narrower crowns than the standard 1/4". This makes it more appropriate for smaller work in my mind. One flaw is that it did not fire consistently in single shot mode. It works flawlessly in multiple shot mode. I simply keep it in that mode and pull the trigger one shot at a time.
Excellent in every way. Easy to load, easy to use, easy to adjust, no failures or problems. PERFECTION!

This is so great---I had a harbor freight stapler that was under 20$. It was always on "HIGH" and buried the staples deep--I tried and tried to adjust it .I gave up trying and tried to live with it. After I had used it and went through a strip of about 50 staples (ONLY)- it started getting 2 staples stuck in the tip. I constantly had to cut and unravel them with needle nose and cutting pliers. After another 50 staples, it just quit. So it worked poorly for about 100 staples.

I looked around, and debated what to get---I almost bought a senco for over 200$ but this had such great reviews. I got it and loaded some 1.25" staples, some 1" staples, and some 3/4" staples about 25 of each. It ran through and changed to the next size without effort. I adjusted the power and it went from leaving about 1/8" inch sticking out, to burying it about 1/8" below the surface. I was able to easily adjust it so it was just barely under the surface--just enough its not visible.

I did not have a single jam, or a single misfeed. This worked flawlessly and was effortless to load, to use, and adjust. Its worth every cent- and I'm not sure how anything else could be better--but there are several that cost more. This exceeds all of my expectations and needs---excellent in every way.
Quality quality quality.

Just used it in a set of drawer bottoms. Really works nice!

Arrived on time and I put it to use immediately. Not too heavy and works just fine. Can adjust the depth that staple goes into the wood. Fired 200-250 without a problem.
