Parts don't assemble properly...useless.

So far no good....no assembly instructions but they really shouldn't be necessary. Came in the box with 4 posts, 8 screws, and 8 caps that appear to be made to fit inside the posts. But the caps don't actually fit into the posts and the screws don't fit into the caps...the whole thing is useless. We just figure maybe there's some magic answer that would have been included in the instructions, but alas...

Wouldn't give the rack 5 stars due to a missing part integral to assembly. I contacted the manufacturer via email in England. Took about 8 days to receive the part, happily one extra was sent. Assembly went easily per instruction. 6 pair of boots, half which are my beloved motorcycle boots, now sit on the rack. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Item was difficult to put together mostly because the plastic and plastic holes were not made well. After putting it together, the unit is wobbly and not sturdy. Not worth $55.
