stand or lie on the roller the bow is easily compressed out

I bought the 6" by 36" half roller. It is a cheap product. There is 1" of bow along the length of it (concave on the flat side). However, when I sit, stand or lie on the roller the bow is easily compressed out, so my use of the roller is not affected by the bow. Actual measurements are 5.8" diameter by 35.8" long. I find the Blue color more attractive than a White or Black roller.

This half foam is a little on the hard side, but I'm sure with a lot of use it will soften up. Perfect length for laying on and letting the tension melt away. This is the perfect break from long hours on the computer.

Well, you can't really go wrong with a foam block - the reason for taking away 'one' star is purely because the product photo is deceiving. The product is only a single semi-circular block, so although the image shows four (4) pieces, you only get one (1). It's important for you to know this before you purchase the product.
