I absolutely LOVE this roller. I had a neon green one from this brand in 2017 for a few years. I used to exercise a LOT including running miles everyday. This roller helped with muscle soreness and tightness SO much. I used it mainly for my legs, hips and back.
I loved it so much (and specifically the spine curve design) that I searched through my past orders to find it and reorder it. I even searched through many other brands and options before doing so.
I just got it tonight (YAY) and used it for my upper back/shoulder area where I carry a lot of tension from stress. WOW. Immediate pain relief.
I will say - if you've never used a roller like this before it may hurt at first if your muscles are very tight. After rolling back and forth a few times with some breaks in between you'll start to feel better and be able to use it regularly.
It CRACKS MY BACK like I went to a chiropractor. Loosens up all of the tension. Makes me breathing feel better (because of loosened up muscles that were way too tight), aligns my back, and feels GOOD.
So very happy this product exists and I can use it again. It brings me so much happiness and peace not having to feel the constant pain in my upper back and shoulders. Plus as I start exercising again this will be even more useful.
The foam is firm and held up for me for years. I only had to get a new one because I lost the other one in a move.

I have tried 3 different back stretching rollers and i like this one best. It was a little painful for about 2 weeks as i got used to it and my back "toughened up", but since then it's been incredible and i highly recommend to people with reoccuring back pain.
I tried one of the cheaper flat foam rollers and it was a bit to firm and pushed on my spine uncomfortably so i switched to this one and the spine channel helps a lot with that.
I also tried a large narrow one (shogun largest size), but it was hard to balance on and even though it's narrower with a softer surface it just doesn't work as well (i'm almost 50). I have fallen sideways on the tall one a time or two as well and that really hurts.
So, i'm back to using this one, and am buying 3 more for my father, brother, and brother in law who each have back problems.
