make a bland flank steak taste fabulous or any red meat for that matter - just the right savory flavors one could want in a marinade - wont buy anything else
Adds a lot of flavor to any meat that would be good grilled.

Splash it on all meats but it is known for low and slow brisket cooking in El Paso, Texas where Claude's and I were born. It's not available locally where I live now so I saw it on Amazon and I am very happy I did.
Good stuff

Sent to my kids in California. They can't ever find it there. It's the best

The best sauce for brisket when cooking in a slow cooker! Have only found this item in Texas and glad was able to find it here to send wherever we are!
Best Tasting!

We love this sauce, ever since being introduced to it many years ago. I was so glad to find it on Amazon when we moved to an area where it's not sold in stores. Delivery was super fast. It's amazing on both beef and pork (and I'm sure other meats). I use it as a marinade, then cook the meat in it. I just recently tried it on a pork butt roast to make pulled pork and the meat was very tender and juicy. I got a lot of compliments on it. (I marinated it for 12 hours with slightly less than 1/2 a bottle, then cooked it in the crock pot with the Claude's on low for another 12 hours; not sure how many lbs it was, but it filled a large crock pot) Love the bbq flavor Claude's imparts. We think it's the best!
