Not worth the investment

Really expensive, and I don't think they are worth the money. I have picked up some nice ones, just like this from the tractor supply store for one quarter of the cost, and I like those just fine.
Good purchase.

These are great little clamps. Good for cutting, gluing- you name it. Very good quality metal.
Great Clamp

Nice clamp, works well for holding down the saw guide. I like them a lot.

Works really well for both the track saw tracks and on the MFT table. I only bought two at first and was using other clamps but quickly ended up getting more of these as they were much faster and more convenient to use. While I wish they were priced lower, I don't see having to rebuy these ever for normal use. I can operate them with just one hand but I don't consider tightening them to be a one handed operation as it's much faster to pull the bar with one and lock the handle with the other hand. Releasing is a simple one handed operation.
great clamps but expensive

These are great clamps for Festool tracks and MFT tables. For over 5 years I have been using DEWALT DWS5026 TrackSaw Track Clamps instead because of price - the DWS5026 are ~$30/pr vs these Festool clamps for ~$40 ea. Like so much of Festool products these are very expensive for what they are. But the bottom line is that these are easier to use than the Dewalt, so I finally broke down and got a pair for quick clamping.. Had they been available five years ago, I would have bought "MATCHFIT Dovetail Clamps for Wood Dovetail Track by MICROJIG" (2 for $40) because like these Festool work from the top of the table (although they are screw clamps rather than pistol grip). The Festool are still the easiest to use, but the MATCHFIT are nearly as good although they provide 1" less clamping range (5 1/2") vs. Festool's 6 5/8") . The Dewalts are the least convenient to use, but provide nearl 8" clamping capacity so I still use them when I'm gluing up larger projects like thick bandsaw box blanks. Note that neither the Matchfit nor Dewalt clamps will work with the Festool Tracks, and only the Matchfit will work with the MFT rails.

They work just as Festool intended - completely compatible with Festoolery. If you favor ease of use over price, these are for you; else, you can get by with the Dewalt.

I keep MFT clamps and bench dogs in a Festool 500076 SYS-MFT Tabletop Systainer handy for quick clamping and setups from above the table (the Dewalts have to be inserted from below). But when I have to glue up a large project or several small ones (bandsaw box blanks come to mind), I set up the Dewalts in the pattern needed and then sequentially glue the workpieces.
