Bought this to perform a DIY overhaul of my 20 year old hardwired alarm system and to add these wireless units. Today, burglars are no longer prying the doors and windows open. They are just smashing the glass in patio doors which requires motion detectors and glass break sensors to get full protection.

Made replacement of my broken unit very easy (after watching YouTube video) and much cheaper than having alarm company come fix. This will require some re-programming of your alarm system (so that it will be recognized) so make sure you have instructions to handle that part prior to ordering this.
