Love it but so glad we didnt listen to all the reviews on here that said it came only in a plastic bag..No box..Got mine 15 minutes ago and it came just as discribed in box..As a long time fan of Bob Dylan (as kids we always called him "Uncle Bob" LOL) i am more then happy with this..It is going on display on my dresser proudly..Thanks so much to my beloved wife Mandy who got me this as a early Christmas present..Thanks also to Uncle Bob Dylan for all the musical memories and your genius..Note dont listen to reviews about the bag it is in the box as discribed..rock on one and all from Mark Darling and My Beloved Wife Mandy tOO (from PA) :) :)

This harmonica is really just "meh". It didn't have a display box, its tone quality is way way below that of Special 20's, Lee Oskars, Suzukies, etc. Its just a novelty. I got it on sale, and its fun to have it, but though its not the worst harp you could lay your hands on, its a shame to tout is a the Dylan model and have it just be fluff.

We did not receive the correct harmonia. I ordered a D and received a B. My father-in-law plays in a blue grass jam group and needed a new D. He will use the B, but not often. The quality is good so the star rating is simply because they sent the wrong instrument.

I have a few Hohner harps, and this is by far the best looking of the set.
The comb is made of wood, but unlike, say, the Marine Band, it's not made from stained pear wood. It's a nice lacquered hardwood comb. Hohner says the comb is made from Doussié African hardwood, FWIW.
The brass is shinier than my other Hohners.
Having said all that about the aesthetics, it sounds the same to me as a plastic-bodied Hohner.
As others have mentioned, these don't come in a case unless you get the C harp. The other keys are apparently split out of a set and come in a plastic baggie, but if you can get one for under $20 or $30, go for it -- you won't find a harp of this quality at that price anywhere else.
