I am going to purchase a few others in different weight because I really like this. My sister recommended this to me, as she has a couple. I work in PT and decided to give it a try. I love this far better than the one I have as it is much easier to grip.
There are so many ways to use this and if need be you can look up online the many different exercises you can do. I highly recommend it and it was well worth the money I spent.
