I absolutely love this plush, comfy heated throw - just the right size to keep warm on the sofa on cold winter nights. The fabric is sturdy but still very soft. I like the fact that even medium heat setting is very warm, so can't imagine needing high setting even on coldest days.
Re electric cord issues noted by other reviewers, I've not found this to be a problem since I plug it into surge protector with medium length cord. Haven't yet laundered it, but my two cats have taken up residence on the couch to enjoy the extra warmth; so hope the fabric is as sturdy as it looks per the machine-washable claim!

We live in an old house that is difficult to keep warm. Lucky we live in the south so its not terrible, but once the fall/winter rolls around I have difficulty keeping warm. This blanket is amazing. It's a great personal size (for me anyway; I am 5'4") and easy to move from the sofa to the bedroom. It doesn't get overly hot (as some of the old school electric blankets did) but instead stays nicely warm all night. On the low setting it feels like you have already been laying in bed for a while and have just heated up your space- I love that feeling since I don't really enjoy how a bed can be cold at first. The blanket heats up quickly. The plush material is very nice. My only complaint is that now all my pets (I have seven!) want to sleep on top of the blanket so I think I'll be getting a second just for them. And the light is a little bright, but that's trivial.
I was going to rush out and purchase a heated blanket at target but I held out for a few days to get a quality product, and I'm glad I did. I'll probably buy another so I can stop sharing. Good price too.

This is an amazing blanket. It heats well, the settings are great and it's very soft. It's a very generously sized throw and is barely smaller than a twin sized blanket. The cord is awkwardly positioned in the middle of the blanket rather than off to one side, but otherwise it's a great product. I got it for my mom and she takes it everywhere with her. She even took it on a trip she recently took.

Considering I've used this blanket so much, I definitely feel like I've gotten my money's worth.

I purchased this for my wife as a Christmas gift. She has had 3 major spinal surgeries and finds it hard to keep warm when relaxing such as watching TV in the evening. She can now sit comfortably and the warmth of the blanket relaxes her muscles so that she is able to watch a full program.
