These are great for empty nesters to steam a small amount of fresh vegetables. With only two of us now, it's hard to cook balanced meals. These make it a lot easier. Unable to find in store lately. Glad Amazon carries them.

These bags are great! You just put your vegetables in the bag, follow the cooking instructions on the bag, pop the out of the microwave and presto! You have steamed vegetables with all the vitamins still intact. You can also put your own seasonings in the bag with the veggies. Fresh or frozen stuff cooks equally well in these bags. Ziploc has done it again.
