Nylon rope was absolutely not a good fit for a device that is supposed to be capable of lifting large loads. Pulleys came apart when moderate load was applied. Recommend a more durable device if you plan to use this for more than 400 lbs.

This product is really well made and functions perfectly, especially for the price. I have a motorcycle repair shop and needed a product to lift the backend of a Buell Cyclone in order to update muffler - works perfectly. Highly recommend!

The rope is strong but it is hard to hold because the material is slick.
Works well for my needed use of installing and remove my RV 5th wheel hitch.
