Liked product when it worked. Warranty is one year. Died in just over 2 years. Called manufacturer and they recommended buying a new unit. Not much customer service. Said they can't warranty longer because units are frequently in bathrooms with a humid environment. You would think a scale would be designed for where it is most commonly used. Would look for different unit, from different manufacturer, with better durability. Also, Manufacturer said my unit was manufactured in 2005? So product sold on Amazon was already 10 years old when I bought it new?

We have been on avery controlled/monitored diet through a nutritionist and they recommended this scale. Our program includes a high end Tanita scale and body composition analysis so we were eager to try this out side by side. It was surprisingly close to the Tanita numbers - close enough that we feel comfortable using this to watch our trends. It was easy to set up and it is easy to use. The only thing I would like to see is a way to export your daily numbers so it is easier to chart.
