Looks Great But...

I am using this for an after hours drop box at my office. We mounted it to an 18 inch paver stone then buried it a couple of inches. It looks nice, but for $465 I expected better quality. During the installation process, one of the mounting holes in the back actually broke off. I was very disappointed about that, but aside from it, I am satisfied. If I could rate aspects separately, I would rate appearance a 5 star and quality/value 3 star.
