I like it
Beautiful carafe, if only it would have worked properly

Beautiful carafe and what a great idea to have the frozen disc at the bottom. The easy-flip lid did not flip open/closed as advertised. I emailed the company several times with no response. I returned this product for a refund.
Very cool carafe

I bought this carafe because I wanted to have fresh water in our bathroom to drink and brush our teeth with since we have well water. My husband likes to sit a plastic jug of water on the counter but that doesn't look nice and I prefer to drink out of glass.
So, when I saw this carafe I thought it would work perfectly. It's an elegant, sleek, classic design. The glass is of good quality and not too thin.
Throw the black plastic disk into the freezer and in a couple of hours it's ready use. Fill the pitcher with cold fresh water and it will stay cold for several hours. At night before I go to bed, I throw the disc back in the freezer and take it out in the morning and it's ready for the day.
The stylish base that the disk and carafe sits in is a great feature to because it protects your counters from water condensation. Very cool carafe.
I'm very happy with the Emsa Flow glass carafe. It gives my bathroom an upscale hotel feel and it's fun to use. It also saves me trips to the kitchen when I want a fresh glass of cold water. However, from time to time that tacky plastic jug of water mysteriously reappears on my counter. I quietly move it out of the way because my carafe clearly deserves center stage. If you found this review helpful, please press the "yes" button below. Thanks

Keeps the rosé cool! No more need for ice cubes that dilute the wine!

Works very well. One does have to make sure the cold pack is frozen on a completely flat surface - otherwise, it can have "humps" and the carafe is not stable.
works as advertised, although i wish the puck stayed ...

works as advertised, although i wish the puck stayed colder longer. perhaps an extra puck to switch out and keep the cold drinks cold, would be worth it.
