Good price

I keep a couple of boxes of this Jiffy Muffin Mix on hand always! It's great for muffins, corn bread, corn casserole and my kids personal favorite sloppy joe casserole!

Just mix a pound of cooked ground beef together with 1 can of sloppy joe. Pour mix in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix one box of Jiffy Muffin mix and pour on top of the sloppy joe and cheese. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes. Yummy!!!

My search for the best corn bread mix continues...This time it's Jiffy! That small box at the grocery store for .89 i always overlooked. Well, good things do come in small packages :) This is some pretty good corn bread. As with most corn breads Jiffy had a gritty yet delicate texture. The corn flavor is on the mild side. Not amazing like my GM corn bread, but still good. I like my cornbread sweet (cause i like sweet corn) so i added maybe a tablespoon or more of honey to the batter. Came out very good. I haven't tried all the cornbread mix's but this one right now is the best.

Jiffy makes a great product and Amazon had the best prices when we bought this order. Would definitely buy again

Nostalgia has me reaching for the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix - my grandmother used it in a ton of recipes growing up. I was happy to find the warehouse deals of this mix when re-creating a recipe a month or so ago. Now I'm glad I have the extra boxes to make more!
