These biscuits are one of the first Gluten Free bread products that I have found that are actually good. They are great when hot straight out of oven, but are still tasty to be warmed up later. Since I'm only GF person in household, I bake them as a dozen, then freeze leftovers, and microwave individually as needed. There is a packet of seasoning included in each box, which is tasty, but I do not sprinkle it on all the biscuits because I use them also as a breakfast food, and the garlic and other seasonings are better omitted for my breakfast taste. This is one product that I do recommend for GF diets.

Very good biscuits when you double the cheese. I think it's amusing that they're called cheese biscuits but have no cheese. But the biggest like is that they're gluten free. We no gluten consumers who miss bread, have another option. The world is coming to understand the harm gluten has on health. Thus businesses are responding.
