I have been on a medically supervised protein fast for several months. I have been using these extracts to enhance the small choice of chocolate or vanilla powdered shake mix. For the chocolate, I especially like the caramel, the rose, and the peppermint. For vanilla, I like the maple, the butter pecan, the root beer and the various citrus flavors. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because I did not like their cinnamon. It left a funny aftertaste. Also, I have gotten good service from this provider and I recommend their products.

I have been using these for a while now and I am very pleased with them. All the flavors advertised came in the box, and the flavors are nice and (at least the ones I have tried, about 7). My test of fire was the coconut flavor. I hate artificial coconut flavor, usually taste like perfume to me. I made coconut lime cupcakes and the coconut flavor was really good! Indeed, one of my favorite flavors from the box. I highly recommend these. So far, worth every penny.
