We ordered the Lemon Juice Powder, but were sent Pizza Dough Flavoring instead. Not sure how to exchange these, though I imagine the pizza dough flavoring is delicious as well. We love all things King Arthur Flour, the Vietnamese cinnamon is the BEST!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. i had to make lemon sugar cookies as soon as i got my package. i put lemon extract in the cookies but roll them in lemon organic sugar. turned out fantastic. i also put the candied lemon bits in the mix. i have friends who wait for me to get to work to get the cookies made with king arthur ingredients.
tastes good, but no replacement for apples or peaches

Not as strong lemon flavor as I had hopped. I have to add a larger amount to get the lemon effect. Make sure you are clear that this is just like lemon juice but dehydrated.
