My goodness, this is good cheese! Best Swiss I've tried besides Jarlsberg ( would call it a tie ). Better than Frontal - Frontal is a bit plain tasting for me ( quality stuff, so you would have to try all 3 to find your favorites ). Incredible cheese for fondue and I use this for my sandwiches and salads as well.
