I love this fan, perfect for the kitchen! Upon reading some of the reviews prior to my decision to purchase, I leaned more towards the positive rather then the negative. Can't imagine why some were disappointed. I don't find it to be noisy as other's have stated. It's a small fan not a HUNTER ceiling fan. The two speeds are perfect and it looks great on my countertop. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a decorative fan.

Cute fan for decorating purposes, but for the money, I think you can find a more efficient fan. As others have said, the "high" setting is a bit noisy. We usually use it on "low". The air-flow is not anything to rave about. Cute for small areas or for a decorative theme.
