Absolutely the very best cupcake carrier

No need to look any further, this is the stand out cupcake carrier. Believe me when I say I have searched exhaustively for a good carrier. No other carriers work so well so I bought one for my daughter too. We make cupcakes that never fit into other carriers, the wells were too closely set that each cupcake would get smashed together. This carrier is the first one that properly spaces the wells so the cupcakes don't bump each other. I love the interlocking trays too and the snap tight lid. This carrier collapses so it's a space saver too. The cupcake trays can be removed allowing you to transport cakes or pies safely. I want to add, the wells are deep enough to hold the cupcakes during transport, even on the bumpy roads in Pa.

This helped transport 60+ cupcakes to a Halloween party about 90 minutes away by car. I had a pretty substantial amount of frosting on the cupcakes as well as decorations and they fit inside the carrier without squishing or ruining anything. They all made the trip just fine. Party hostess was very pleased.
The other carrier I purchased did not fair so well. The cupcakes were too tall. I had to take a bunch of decorations off to fit them in the carrier and even then, probably over 50% of them would not fit. Ended up putting them in cake pans with towels and tin foil... I should have just bought two of the Prepworks containers. Lesson learned.

I previously bought another of their carriers so was expecting to like this one, too. It's ok, but the snap closures are VERY tough to open. In addition, moving the dome in or out takes a lot of strength. I should have just bought a couple of square cupcake carriers.

This was a great product, until the side cracked and made it unusable. I loved that when flattened, it was the perfect height to hold a pie. It is very difficult to pop the top and expand it, why is why I think the plastic eventually cracked. It's a shame, I really liked it while it lasted, but it cracked within 6 months of use. They really need to rethink the design.

This cake carrier is very versatile. The lid isn't perfectly flushed with the bottom, but it works well enough and we're not too worried about it coming apart mid transit. The cupcake insert is wonderful and allowed me to bring two dozen decorated cupcakes to work unscathed. I was also able to use the cupcake insert as a little stand. Since the lid is collapsible, it holds a pie plate snugly.
