I've used this product in Florida around gnats, biting flies, and possibly no-serums. It definitely works on the gnats and flies, they were all over me until I used the spray, then nothing. I wasn't bitten by no-seeums, but I don't know if there were any around at that campsite. It seems less caustic and less oily than DEET.

Repellent itself works well, bottle leaks a little even when sealed (Amazon ships it to you taped up and in its own plastic bag so seems like even Amazon knows it leaks).
It's a travel sized bottle but the spray top is really tall. You can remove it for travel (otherwise it doesn't really fit well in a quart plastic bag for TSA carry-on) and replace with the included cap and plug, but again be aware it leaks a bit so make sure it's bagged inside its own bag.

To be honest, I think it should be priced a little lower for how little came in this tube. Other than that, we have been using for a week and my kids have not gotten bitten at school anymore! They've been getting bit everyday. The first day I sprayed everything but her neck and they stung her neck lol. Ever since then nothing. So it's worth the buy for sure.

I really like this insect repellent for its effectiveness & scent. It did leak around the sprayer after the 2nd use so I kept it in a quart size Ziploc bag in my backpack. This type of repellent was recommended for use on a tropical island & it definitely worked!
