Pro power 30k is much better and lighter

Pro power 30k is much better and lighter. This is brand new and the hand piece get heat up after 5 minnutes of using. And the hand piece is way heavier than the pro power 30k. I would recommend the pro power 30k over 35k and it's cheaper as well

This product is USED! No where in description does it say this is a used product. I wanted a brand new product, not a used one. The box is all tore up and taped together. There is dust all over inside the box as well.

for an item costing this much it lasted me just over a year which is ridiculous... there is no info on warranty and so i was left to ship back to medicool n pay for repairs... for a professional item this surely did not last long i would not recommend... the hand part stop working and before that it only spun in one direction this was a waste of my hard earn money so disappointed right now
Bad handpiece design

Normally love medicool, however my 5 month old tool is on the fritz. Handpiece binding up internally. At this time Medicool is saying I need to pay a chunk for repairs. Hmm on a one yr warranty? Because it obtained dust from use inside of it. But you also can not alter or open tool they will not cover. I'm giving them a chance to render the situation. Disappointed,! 10/13/16 Update* Medicool did cover repairs under warranty. It was a bit more involved than it should have been in accomplishing this however it was repaired. Hopefully my plastic guard they sent to block some dust will help. They were quick on returning it to me as well.
