Cracked our diving board so had to replace it. This was the best price we found when looking around. My husband was able to do this by himself in about 10 minutes, but he's in construction so that might help. New board is a little stiff - but it's new so that's to be expected. Many cannonball and diving challenges have already taken place so we're happy with it.

It was easy to install. It comes with its own bolt kit; don't buy a separate one. Great company and excellent diving board! Arrived on time and no issues.

This is a decent board for the SALE price if you heed the weight limit. If you have grown men and big teens that try to jump as hard as they can, it will crack! This is my third one, not because of the board being that bad, but because of big heavy men/boys jumping as hard as they can to get air and make a big splash and me not watching them to stop them. I got about four years a board on the first two but, they will last if you don't let the big boys go hard and remove it in the winter. The moisture in the inner wood gets moist and freezes/decays in the cold and weakens it. The grit on the board will wear a bit, but the wear is acceptable and not much. I power wash the algae a couple of times a summer. Chlorine works too. If you have big people over the weight limit jumping hard, spring (Get it?) for a heavier more expensive board. Very easy to install with two bolts/nuts with 3/4 inch socket. If your board is old spray the nuts a couple of times with PB Blaster a few days before you take them off.

I purchased the Diving Board & Mounting Kit bundle. I received a diving board in good condition except for a very small crack in 1 corner, in the box was also a mounting kit. Then I also received a sperate mounting kit that came in a padded envelope. So it would seem that the diving board comes with mounting hardware and that there is no reason to purchase the bundle.

This is the same brand and model as we previously had for almost 20 years! Our old diving board had a hairline crack. It was no where close to breaking, but if a large person got on it, who knows. Hoping this one will last another 20 years. I don't think it was hard to install because my husband did it pretty quickly and did not complain. And has for value for the money? Diving boards are pretty expensive.
