Poorly made paddle, broken within 30 days.

Very disappointed with this Paddle. The item has been used approximately 1 hour per week since I received it 3/10/18 and the wood on the paddle near where the handle is has already started to part. It has parted enough where regular pay results in the head of the paddle becoming unstable and "wobbling." It has not been dropped or hit on anything besides a ping pong ball.
I attempted to contact the manufacturer before leaving this review to determine what my options are and their contact form returns a "Not Found" error on their website. I was left with no other recourse but to leave a negative review. Should the manufacturer rectify the situation I will happily change this review.

I am by no means a great table tennis player. Just got back into while on deployment and wanted something a little better than the cheap paddles the mwr offered to elevate my game a little. This fit the bill pretty well. For a beginner paddle it really introduces you to what you can do with the a decent racket. I can put some good spin on the ball and have much greater control compared to the cheap racket I was using. You really can't beat it for the price. I gave t four stars because I wish it was a touch lighter and i felt they could have left out the fancy box and provided a carrying case instead. If I get any better I'll probably step up to the jet 800. All in all great paddle for a beginner learning to use more spin and control in your game.

First time using this new paddle I was amazed at the spin and control. Having only used the paddles that came with the table these are a huge upgrade. I entered a tournament that our city puts on every year and took second place. Decided table tennis might be my future so I asked my job to only work me part time and have been training daily hoping to make the Olympic team. Some say I am crazy but when you enter a tournament of 9 people which only 4 of them were children and you get second place it is an obvious sign that you are a table tennis master. Look for me in Tokyo 2020

Playability is good. Faces are decent for price. Ball off paddle bounce is nice. Grip is good for spins for top spin or slices. The handle is the only part not of super quality. I guess you are getting what you pay for. The handle parts where you see the wood on the bottom of the face seems cheapish and the brand insignia is in a hole that you can feel on your palm as you play giving more to that cheap feel.

This paddle feels really heavy compared to others. Makes me slower to respond and is a challenge to adapt to. On the upside it seems well constructed and has performed well. I just wish I had known how heavy it feels in hand.
