When the bags arrived I was worried that they weren't airtight - I could smell the panko and squeeze air out of 4 of the packages. I put each one in a gallon freezer bag, so hopefully that will keep them fresh.

This brand of Panko crumbs is different than any you will find in a typical grocery store. The length of the crumb is longer and crisps up better than any brand currently on the market I've tried. Go to product.
