Two boxes came well packaged. Plastic wrapping around both kept them in pristine quality without damaging the boxes.
Expiration date is over a year later. Bread crumbs were still large and no noticeably large amount of smaller, crushed particles. Were great for our fried shrimp and still had a fresh crisp taste.
Resealable bag is a bonus to keep them fresh and still maintains the high quality of food, which was my greatest concern.

I use Panko bread crumbs a lot in my cooking. I prefer these to the American made ones because they are finer in texture and coat the cutlet better. However, if you like a big crunch, you are probably better off with the American brands as they are larger flakes and cook up with a bigger crunch than these.
