Bought this as for a wedding gift. I gave it four stars because it would not spin. The metal is very soft and took some working over to get it into shape. But finally it does spin and looks neat in their yard.

This thing is Terrible it arrived all bent up & even in high winds it does not spin properly, I purchased another American Graffiti product from another site & it's also Junk with the same problem ( does not spin properly) ! The spinner head is fixed & does not turn its self toward the wind like others do. I purchased a different one ( Not American Graffiti) from Costco, it costs less & works properly.

I gave it one star as it looks nice, but it does not spin. I've tried it in several different places and in heavy, moderate and light wind conditions and it either does not move or one side will just slightly move. My recommendation - don't buy it!
