This is a beautiful garden wind spinner. We were thrilled when we received it and put it tougher. Small enough for our terrace. We put it in the pot with one of our large plants. Then we noticed the back of the spinner. The paint is chipped in several areas on the back and looks terrible. It is in a spot on our terrace where you can see the front and back. I contactd th seller and they gave us a discount which is fair for the chips on back. Perfect for a patio or balcony garden

We like this spinner very much because it spins even with very light breeze. I gave it 4 stars because the head of the peacock ends up sideways. The screw is loose if the head is straight up.
