As described and delivered on time. I have a 95 Viper by John Storie that I installed this in. Due to the small height of the gunwale I had to install this just in front of the drivers cockpit. Used the provided template and cut the hole in the gunwale and to my surprise the buckle would not fit. Inside the gunwale is an additional embedded plastic tube, for wires I assume. Instead of cutting that tube and possibly cutting wires, I instead removed the back cover from the Rod Buckle and it fit perfectly. Holds rods great and looks OEM. Just make sure you cut your hole as close to the floor as possible with the template, had I went a little lower I would have maybe been ok.
