I towed my Road King Special 1400+ miles on my utility trailer. It stayed solid as a rock using only two straps, the entire trip. I did use a pair of cheaper ratchet straps to hold the rear wheel from jumping left or right. Those had to be retightened several times. Never had to adjust the Tank Straps. Excellent product that will be used for years to come.
