This is exactly the part I needed to make my gas caddy actually able to fill my vehicles.
The spout that came with the caddy must be for diesel, or regular gas (remember leaded gas?).

This simple spout is just what I was looking for. There were many options out there for a lot more money, but this is all I needed.
UPDATE 6/21/2017:
I have a Ford Fusion, and the capless gas inlet won't let this spout in far enough so as not to flow through the overspill, so I was getting gas on my driveway. I grinded the little flange off, now it slides in far enough to avoid spillage. No issues at all.
