I don't think these work too well for weight loss if you don't exercise or diet, but boy do they pump you up! I find their best use to be to drink it right before going to the gym. You will feel like you can take on the biggest guy there and run faster than Usain Bolt.

I have been using Hydroxycut for a little over a week now and I have been very happy with it thus far. I have been taking it primarily as a pre workout and it gives me a nice boost of energy without any crash in my personal use. I like that it gives me smooth and clean pump and focus, no jitters or over stimulation.
New Formula, New Taste

The drink mix tastes pretty good. Although, the last box I received this week had a "new formula." It tastes a bit sweeter and has a more prominent, berry flavor now. The new flavor took me by surprise, because I'm used to how it used to taste, but it's not too much of a big deal. It definitely has a stronger taste to it. I'll probably be used to it in a few days. Overall, this product has helped me to keep moving in the morning with the caffeine, but without the jittery side effects, and has helped me to keep off some of the weight.
Keep in mind: It is VERY important to drink water throughout the day while drinking this product and do not drink anything else like sodas or caffeine products, at least for me (but the instructions do advise not to either).
It is also advised on the directions not to drink more than 2 packets within 24hrs, but I have read reviews of people saying they drink multiple packets a day. I did this once by mistake and felt very sick to my stomach (nausea).

Over priced, if your body is already accustomed to caffeine than these won't help you with weight loss. They do make a nice morning pick-me-up but other than that they are over priced and a box of crystal light with caffeine is a fraction of the price.

I have use Hydroxycut pills in the past, so I decided to give this a shot. The powder mixes easy and it taste great. I had the wild berry flavor. I did the recommend dose of two per day. My first lunch is at 11 so I drink the first bottle at 10 and my second lunch is at 3 so I drink the second bottle at 2. I also had a cup of coffee on my way to work around 7:30a.m. I didn't have any jitters and I was able to sleep without any problems.
As for as results, I started out weighing 195 lbs. I didn't change the way I eat and I didn't change my workout regiment. The first week I lost 3 lbs. The second week I lost 2 lbs. I'm still taking it and so far, I'm pretty pleased with the results. I like that I don't have to take 8 pills a day.
This is one of the best products I've used and I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about loosing weight..
