Purchased this for commercial use for a coffee shop. Purchased 2 sets, and one has failed.
The warmer has stopped working and this unit was purchased less than 90 days ago.
I called Curtis and they told me to go through Amazon to get the product replaced or fixed, as the switches lights up but the warmer does not heat.
The technician said it is a problem with the element itself or wiring inside.
I have tried to contact Amazon, about 1 1/2 weeks ago, and still no reply from them either.
