After hauling it out to our off-grid cabin and unpacking it we found it to be poorly packaged resulting in broken housing and mounting bracket. We took the risk to hook it up anyway since getting it to our house was enough of a hassle. It had been working flawlessly. We were just disappointed that an expensive and sensitive product like this was packaged so poorly.
