Absolutely wonderful for either preventing or quelling knee issues

I have a slight issue with my knee, probably a slight case of tendinitis, and this gave me so much relief. Absolutely wonderful for either preventing or quelling knee issues. Depending on how far along they are. Its light weight and very flexible so it doesn't offset your performance. The best part being its ability to stay in place. Minimal adjustments during use.
Highly recommended - great support and fit!

These pads are heavy duty. I practice four times per week and wash and dry them every time and they keep on going. I've used these for almost one year. Great fit and finishing.
Not bad, but there are better

I got this knee pad to use in Jiu Jitsu, but I ended up going with an ASICS Super Sleeve. The reason is that the padding on the super sleeve really grips your knee cap the whole way around, whereas this one has separate padding areas that actually put an uncomfortable amount of pressure on the outside of my kneecap with the rounded section you can see in the picture. These aren't bad by any means, just for Jiu Jitsu I'd go with the ASICS.
Perfect for ground and stand up.

Saved my knees. I started BJJ about a year ago. After about 3-4 months I was training 3 times a week and after 15 years of rugby beforehand my knees were killing me. With these on everything feels 100% and I can start standing or on my knees and feel completely comfortable. They felt pretty tight when I got them but they stretched a bit and are perfect now so get a size lower than what you'd expect. They look a bit worn but the actual build is in no way compromised. I use them for Muay Thai as well sometimes and wearing them in addition to shinguards (mma or kickboxing style) is comfortable even for extended training sessions.
