Scans really fast, better than the "stock" scanner that came with my cash register. Took some downloading and programming, but same as any other scanner.

This product was described as being USB friendly. There was no USB cable in the box, only a serial cable, which I can't use. I have no idea if the scanner works, I was never able to use it. They have been very good about processing the return, even sending me a return label. It sits at this moment waiting for UPS to pick it up to go back.
