I plan to use it for roasts but can think of other uses too. Good quality heavy-duty twine and it unwinds easily. Great bargain compared to the twine that comes with a cutter. I've always used a scissor in the past with no problems. I store the twine in a zip-lock bag to keep it clean when not in use.

This 100% cotton twine was just what I needed for grilling stuffed chicken breasts and flank steak on my outdoor grill. Some of my local restaurant supply houses carry a blended twine, that contained polyester....not good for grilling or heat! However, this 100% natural cotton twine is the proper product to use! Highly recommended!

Every serious kitchen should have this heavy duty string for tying up chickens and beef to all manner of other applications in and around the house. It used to come with every package of meat purchased at meat counter but alas no more. Get it and have it for those times you will need it in the kitchen.

This is a pretty straightforward product. I use it on roasts, roulade, chickens, and cordon bleu. It works great and is a great price. I definitely checked around and this was the one I went with so I wouldn't run out. Believe it or not it's actually kind of hard to come across in stores.

Lighter weight than I expected but not bad for the price. The butcher twine I used to use was thicker and easier to find after cooking. Not a show stopper but not what I really wanted. Works fine from strength perspective and ease of use.
