Great for my frequent migraines. Perfect size, quickly refreezes. No leakage like I had with ice bags. Ice bags also can be solid blocks of ice that can take a long time to thaw enough for use, but this forms easily around the needed area..

we bought one many years ago when they first hit the market and after many years and many moves it got gashed but it served us so faithfully and well that we ordered two replacement packs because they are just that good that you want two. One stays in a drawer to be warmed up while another is in the freezer at all times. You can warm a frozen one up quickly but that's not even the best feature, these things are great and warm up / cool down (after being applied to the body) almost exactly at 20minutes which is great for keeping within the bounds of recommended heat /cold therapy sessions. Just all around the perfect ice pack, which was a product I didn't even know could be improved let alone perfected, but hey these guys did it.

These are expensive compared to the alternatives, but I appreciate that they are soft and flexible. They have been great for managing the swelling of my broken toe. I recommend getting 2 so that you can have one sitting in the freezer while you are using the other one, and then switching every 15-20 minutes when the one you're using loses it's coolness.

Love these! I initially bought two of these at Target and thought they were great. They're easy to conform around joints and are much more comfortable than traditional hot/cold packs. Since they only stay cold for between 20-30 minutes, I decided to buy 2 more off of Amazon, that way I can keep 2 in the freezer to switch out, and 2 I keep at room temperature for use as hot packs.

Works exactly as advertised. I had bought three of them since they were so cheap and I wanted to keep one at work and two at home. I used it every day for four days straight and had no issues with the product. Depending on the strength of your microwave, I don't recommend more than 45 seconds because it gets too hot to put on your skin. If you have particularly cold feet or hands, I recommend it to keep you warm!
