It has plenty of pockets. It is also quiet which is a big plus. Don't rely on the compass because it does not work(it is very cheap). The buttons aren't sewed on very well so they fell off. But that was an easy fix(just sow the buttons back on with some heavy-duty thread). Only thing I don't like is that you cannot access the back pocket while you are wearing it.

Designed for heading out all day, with pockets to store what is needed. No 5 star because one pocket button popped off trying it out, and I will have to see on

If you need a blaze vest with all the bells and whistles, this is it. Features include:

- lots of pockets, inside and outside. they are large enough to hold plenty of shells for trap/skeet.
- compass, temperature gauge included
- rescue light included
- built in back pack
- rugged and not flimsy
- medium is a bit big if you wear medium, unless you put this over a large jacket. unfortunately, there is no strap to tighten up the slack.

I really wanted to keep this vest but ultimately returned it mainly due to fit. I'm a small guy at 5'8" and 145 but I wear several layers of bulky clothing - base layer, thick wool sweater, Sitka Fanatic hoody and Sitka Fanatic jacket - so I thought the medium might work. However it is too wide and floppy. Quality of construction is excellent (except for poor hook and loop closure on drop-down seat) and the features are numerous and well thought out. Love all the pockets. One catch is the "elastic water bottle holder" which you'd need to be quadruple jointed to use without removing the vest. Another miss, I think, is the lack of a blaze camo pattern. In the end I kept the Gamehide Mountain Pass Extreme and sent the Primos back.
