I got this to raise my pH. Using magnesium should have done the trick but it was not enough. I like to take it with oatmeal. It actually makes for better tasting oatmeal.
That said, I am comforted by the recommendation by Dave Asprey to take 2.5g four times a day in order to improve sports performance. With this big bag I have extra to put in my laundry machine to help in removing odors from clothing.

Bought Arm & Hammer cat box additive. Stupid to buy at a much higher price when plain baking soda seems to help just as well. Bought two 4 pound boxes, and when they were empty I bought this larger quantity and just poured into the 2 empty boxes with some left in the bag. Really save money and seems to help the clumping litter a lot. Love saving money on this.

This is a Costco sized bag of baking soda. I recently bought some stone wear baking sheets from Pampered Chef and the instructions say to make a baking soda and water paste to clean the stone after use. This works like a charm and makes the light colored stone look like new! No stains! I bought a giant bag because I went through a regular box cleaning the baking sheet after three usages. Figured a big bag would last quite awhile. I also make the same paste and rub on clothing stains before washing. Works like a charm!

I've tried many different products and I've decided to just stick with Arm and Hammer Baking Soda. It has SO many uses making it unnecessary to buy multiple different products. It is much more economical to buy it in a larger bag like this. Of course you can't find it in the grocery store. I have storage containers in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. It is much more convenient and cost effective than buying multiple small boxes at my grocery store. I recommend it to any savvy home keeper!
