After losing the tester that came with our filter, we ordered this one to replace it and tested all of our taps. As expected, each one came up with different readings, but we were expecting that, and the numbers coincided with the readings our old tester gave us. As usual, the filter gave perfect 000 readings! :)

I bought a zero water stick when I bought the zero filter and then I lost the stick and decided to purchase another one (for a pretty high price) and well it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! I read the instructions many times and it did not work. Disappointed all the way through.

This is a suitable tool for measuring the content of your drinking water. I bought this one to replace the one just like it that comes with a Zero Water pitcher. The batteries are a little hard to find, so you'd probably be better off searching online for a replacement. The one in my original water tester is still working, so I used them in this new tester. Recommended

The tester works just fine. Good to be able to check the quality of the water you are drinking. I use to check the filter life of my Zero Water plus any bottled water that I may use. Very good product.

This unit seems to work fine, at least for the short time I've owned it. The original tester that came with our ZeroWater filter pitcher conked out after a few months. It was designed to fit in a compartment on top of the filter lid, which sounds like an efficient storage concept. However, this system was problematic for a couple of reasons. First, the tester kept falling out of the handy-dandy storage compartment whenever I removed the lid to refill the pitcher. Second, I believe storing the tester in the refrigerator contributed to its abbreviated lifespan (purely a theory; not scientifically proven!). Anyway, I'm storing my replacement tester in a drawer near the refrigerator, and haven't lost track of it yet!
