We didn't conceive the first month we tried the lube. We used it every time we had intercourse. We did conceive the second month using the lube, but we didn't use the lube every time, so I don't know if I can give the lube credit. As far as lube goes it's good. It doesn't leave any stick aftermath. It drys naturally.
I still give it good rating for it's purposes of a lube however

It has a nicer feel that last longer (doesn't dry as fast) compared to other lubes. We use this as our normal lube, knowing it doesn't have spermicide and has good consistency.
