Works great for plain clothes. Everything feels secure, and you can adjust the tension.
Pretty basic stuff here

Pretty basic stuff here, nothing groundbreaking. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of a) the price charged for molded plastic and b) the fact that the center screw needed to be significantly loosened before I could use this. The thing was tightened down so much that I could barely get a magazine INTO the holder, let alone pull it out. If I had tried to use this as is, I would have ripped my belt off of my pants had I tried to quickly remove my cuffs or magazine. Otherwise, this is a great product.
Safariland!!!

It's a Safariland product; the name speaks for itself. My only gripe I have with this product is how well it stays on your pants. It's actually pretty maddening trying to get it off!
Should you order right or left

The item was exactly as described. I did however order the wrong side after looking at a few reviews. To clear this up for future buyers here is how it works. If you order a left side holster the holster should be worn on your right side so as to have the magazine pouch will be closest to your stomach and handcuffs will be closest to your back. If you order the right hand holster the holster should be worn on your left side so as to have the magazine pouch closest to your stomach and handcuffs closest to your back. I hope this will clear up any confusion as the description of this items doesn't tell you a whole lot on placement. Other than that amazing holster.
I'm very satisfied with this well made case

Both my Glock 23 magazine and my standard S&W handcuffs fit the Safariland 573 plain clothes carrier perfectly. It slides into place with very little effort, and it anchors to the inside of your pants and stays securely in place even when you pull your cuffs or mag out. I'm very satisfied with this well made case.
