I love the bed. It does everything it is suppose to do. It was the right price compared to other sites. The 42 inch width is great for someone use to sleeping on bigger beds that would feel awkward on a twin size. It is a bit nosier than I hoped but that isn't really a problem. It was not difficult to assemble since I had two grown sons to do the work. Had a problem with one piece damaged in shipment BUT Prime Medical was easy to work with. I sent pictures of the damage and they contacted Drive for me and acted as the go between to get replacement for me. Corey at Prime Medical was so polite and cordial. He told me when to call back, how to get tracking number, etc. He followed through on everything. Very pleased with service from Prime Medical.
