This product has definitely made it easier for my mother to get in and out of our van. My only complaint is that when the wind catches it, if flies out like paper and can be hard to catch. Since it can be very windy where we live, this is a common occurrence/problem. My fix - I attached a large loop (mine is elastic) on one corner and I loop it over the seatbelt catch. This keeps the item IN the vehicle and not flying away. This would be a very easy fix for the company to do to this product.

This is a great idea. It does take a little experimenting to find the right way for your needs though. Oh, and don't forget that seat belt to keep folks from slipping around.

I wish I would have known to get this prior to a total knee replacement. Transitioning to cars but specifically SUVs when you can't bend your knee well is so much easier with this.
