my 6 year old grandson loves spiderman and pretends to be spiderman by climbing and jumping off of everything. I figured this would be a great alternative for him rather than climbing on stuff that he shouldn't be climbing on. I wasn't home when it was assembled, so I can not tell you if it was difficult or not. It was put together yesterday and he was climbing on it for hours. Unfortunately he couldn't use it today as it was raining very heavily all day. My soon to be 10 year old grandson also played on it yesterday and enjoyed it very much. I think this is going to be a great activity for them this summer

My 6 and 8 year old daughter's love this! They even jump off it to make a slam dunk into their little basketball stand. LOL. Even my teen daughter has climbed it a couple times. My teen daughter and her boyfriend put it together without adult help.

First, lets start with positives! It is veru sturdy and the kids love it. Seems like it will last a long time and all parts were there upon arrival.

Negatives, I ordered earth tone (the green and tan one). I did not receive the correct set. I don't know how hard it is when you only have to option to send the right one? Would have sent it back but my kids went nuts when it arrived and I opened the box.

The direction are somewhat confusing and you will need two people to put it together for sure.

Overall, it is what a good product.

We bought this geodome for my three year old and it is every bit as awesome as we hoped. It is strong and secure and sturdy enough for my husband and I to climb on it if we wanted. I wanted to take off starts because the instructions are terrible and we were shorted three poles in the original shipment and it took over two weeks to get the replacements. But honestly, we love it so much that I just can't. This is the kind of yard toy that lasts forever and with kid's imagination can transform into the castle, house or ship that the ugly plastic ones are stuck being.
