Great product. Great customer service.

The device is amazing if you are trying to keep your baby breastfeeding. It might be challenging to use at times, but does the job and help me keep my milk coming.
Great customer service.
They took a little bit of time to respond but they solve my problem when exposed. I would absolutely but more products from them.
Make breastfeeding possible

This system is great for those that want to breastfeed but also need to supplement. It's easy to use and works well. The twist lock cracked on my first one but Medela got me a replacement very quickly.
there are some great youtube videos

This has allowed me to nurse my son with the donor milk that we receive. Anytime that I feel he is developing a bottle preference (I still want him to nurse from me first then get the donor milk) I will use this for a day or two. I think its so much easier to use then I thought it would be from reading reviews. Honestly you don't HAVE to get milk everywhere people...just do not undo the clamp until the baby is latched :) Also I think people should learn about the 'snorkel' method of using this, there are some great youtube videos. Ive never had an issue using this...the con is the price, I do think its ridiculous to pay this much for such a small thing but sadly they can do that since they know women like me are desperate and will do anything to have that bfing relationship.
A little awkward but gets the job done

I used this SNS to boost my supply and keep my baby fed in the meantime. It's awkward, but honestly I can't see a way in which it wouldn't be. You have to work with it to figure out what configuration works for you - for instance, I had the bottle hanging from my neck but secured in my nursing bra. Otherwise it would've hit my baby in the head.

The tubes mess with latching, so if your baby is having latching issues, you may struggle with this more. Depending on how they land in the baby's mouth, he may not be able to get the milk/formula - the tube has to go in straight back so the baby's suction works correctly. This can be a little frustrating to arrange mid-feeding.

Be sure to clean it out carefully as clogs can occur easily.

It can get messy with the milk/formula spilling out of the tubes, so be sure to have a few blankets/napkins/paper towels when using this.

Overall, I'm glad I purchased and used this. It combines the best of both worlds - supplementing and still nursing. It definitely helped boost my supply without frustrating my baby.
Nipple confusion solution
Cindy✓ Verified PurchaseSeptember 8, 2023
This is an ideal product to avoid nipple confusion while stimulating milk production. The design is simple, it is pricier than it should be but desperate times call for desperate measures. I liked that it has a tubing mechanism that allows you to stop the flow when necessary. I also like the necklace convenience and the adjustment feature. I didn't give it five stars because I imagine it would benefit from some better engineering. Specifically, It is difficult to get so many components in place and working with a fussy squirmy baby (and this is coming from someone who used it while nursing a newborn, I can't imagine an older child resisting the bright and fun looking parts). Also, it works best when the tubes are taped by the nipple and arreola, it didn't seem convenient to tape, and often times, readjust the tape and length of the tubing in proximity to my nipple, again, all while holding a squirmy baby and I didn't want to wear it all day either. So far, I have only had to used it a hanful of times, I am hoping mastering the parts and flow comes with practice but it was so complex and frustrating because infants get impatient and loud that I was glad I didn't feel like I had to use it anymore because my newborn became more patient with nursing. However, it is a valuable resource.
