Just the right size for the 2 of us, we simply pull the plastic catch tray out and snack right out of the tray. Then load that tray in the dishwasher and it is ready to go the next time! The one side had a tiny crack by the handle and before I could even call then they called me! They are sending a replacement part. I also had a screw pop out into the tray on the 3rd use be we located the proper hole and simply put it back. I guess it gets loose from the heat or shipping or something! Anyway we love it! We have only used the pre-made packs of oil and popcorn which we find extremely salty so we are eventually going to try our own mixture when we are not so lazy!

I purchased a popcorn machine for my local school and we loved it so much! I purchased this smaller machine for our house and it has been wonderful! I only wish I had purchased a larger one because we eat so much popcorn I need to make 2 batches minimum everytime we make it :)

So far we have enjoyed this little popcorn maker and it is so cute! It could be a little easier to clean...but you can just wipe it out good for a few times before you actually wash it. The tray at the bottom is really handy...you can just pull it out and pour your popcorn into bowls or bags and you are good to go !

We have only had ours a couple of days..... but so far soooo GREAT!! I wasn't really sure what to expect from reading the reviews but after receiving and using ours.....I'm glad I took the chance! I couldn't be happier, easy to use, easy clean up and looks good sitting in my kitchen. I also ordered the pre measured packs from Great Northern Popcorn, O'dells Supur-Kist Topping and Gold Medal Flavocal seasoning.....tastes just like the overpriced theater popcorn!!

This thing makes amazing popcorn. Smells and tastes just like it's from the movies. After 2 to 3 pops I just wipe out the kettle with a napkin to keep it from getting to salty. We eat popcorn 2 to 3 times a week and can't watch a movie without making it. We use the great northern pre-measured popcorn in it and This is hands down The best popcorn I've ever ate. The only problem I have is the door just started cracking out of nowhere at about the 3 month mark. It started small and now it's got to the point the handle is about to fall off. The magnet that keeps The door closed is broke off and The door won't stay closed now. Even pieces fell off its so bad. The handle looks like it is going to fall off next so we don't even use that to open and close it and once The crack finishes across the bottom in a few more pops The bottom of the door will be missing. The rest of the machine is fine, but why would they make the door this cheap and flimsy? I can't buy a whole new machine every 3 months. These need to be glass or at least thicker.

Update: May 15 2017

After babysitting this thing and not even using the handle anymore to open and close the door the handle finally gave up and fell off.
